How it works

From brief to launch — clear stages, modern tools, and practical solutions

01

Brief

Discovery & brief

A PRD (Product Requirements Document) captures the project goals, audience, constraints and timing. AI‑assisted research helps structure the brief quickly.

Result: approved brief, timeline and estimate

02

Design

Structure & design

User flows, information architecture, prototype and visual system. Specialist involvement ensures hierarchy is clear.

Result: approved design before development begins

03

Build

Development & integrations

Responsive frontend, backend/API, forms, data and services. Engineering standards: Git workflows, CI/CD, accessible code.

Result: working test version

04

Launch

Testing & launch

Validate behavior, accessibility, key flows and error states. Prepare release credentials and documentation.

Result: launched product ready for users

Studio

One point of responsibility. A team when needed

I remain the single point of contact and lead the project from research and prototype through implementation, validation and launch

I lead directly

I retain the project context and own the key decisions throughout—from product logic to launch

  • UX/UI and user flows
  • Frontend and backend/API
  • Solution architecture
  • Communication and coordination
  • Quality control
  • Launch preparation

I bring in as needed

I involve specialists for a specific stage without shifting team coordination onto the client

  • Graphic and brand design
  • Product management
  • Marketing and content
  • Advanced Motion design
  • Software architecture
  • Additional backend development
  • QA and testing
  • Information security
Support & growth

After launch.
Support and development

Bug fixing, project handover and further development are treated separately, so the client understands what each format includes

01

1 MONTH

Technical warranty

I fix implementation defects discovered during the agreed warranty period after launch. Note: covers implementation errors, not new features or external services

02

ONE-TIME

Project handover

Source code, access credentials, environment configuration and concise documentation. Included: source code, credentials, environment config, technical documentation

03

ONGOING

Support and development

After warranty, the product evolves through content updates, new features, integration maintenance. Formats: one‑off improvements, hour package, monthly support

FAQ

Clear before
we begin

Short answers about estimates, timelines and the way we will work together

01

How is the project cost calculated?

Cost depends on scope, page count, content readiness, interface complexity and integrations. After a focused brief, I define the work, stages, timeline and preliminary estimate

02

How long does a project take?

A compact launch page can start from 5 days, a business website usually takes 1–4 weeks, and e‑commerce 3–8 weeks. The exact timeline depends on scope and approval speed

03

Do I need final copy and images before we start?

We can begin with draft materials. During discovery, we define the structure, content list and image requirements. Final assets are needed by the agreed build stage

04

How do approvals and revisions work?

The work is divided into clear stages and checkpoints. We approve structure first, then the visual direction, and only then move into primary development. Revisions within the approved scope are handled at the relevant stage

05

Can I order design or development separately?

Yes. The format can be Figma design, UX/UI with frontend, or a full cycle including backend, forms and integrations. Before we start, we identify what is already complete and what still needs to be delivered

06

What happens after launch?

I hand over source code, credentials, configuration and concise documentation. Implementation defects are covered during the agreed warranty period; new features and further development are scoped separately
